A graduate of Earlham College and the University of Pittsburgh Law School, Mr. Yarnell’s experience includes work as a Law Clerk to the Honorable John G. Brosky of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and a Staff Attorney to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, where he worked as a clerk to the Honorable Dolores Sloviter and the Honorable Joseph Weis.
